Certificates and Memberships for Class Participants

Each participant in that enrolls in your pet CPR and first aid classes receives the following:

An official certification certificate

An E-book copy of our Canine and Feline CPR and First Aid Reference Guide

2 year subscription to the Pet Emergency Education Virtual Animal Emergency Resource Center

Certificates and access to the resource center are granted through the participants” account on our website. Each account is assigned to the person through their person email address that has to be a unique email address for each person registered. It is important that you make sure each person in your class has their own email address on the roster. NO ONE is permitted to share an email address.

Here are the detailed instructions that you can give to participants on how to access their certificate. This is the same information we email them once you send us your roster.

In order to access your certificate please follow the steps below:

1. Log into your account and go to your Profile page. This is different from your Account Dashboard.
2. Scroll below your name and profile information.
3. Click on the name of the class you attended. Ignore the check mark next to the name of the class (it may or may not be marked off). 
4.  Once you click on the name of your class a new page will open that will have a blue button on it that says “Print Certificate” (see screen shot below). If you do not see a blue button and/or you see the words “Course Status: Not Started”, please log out and then log back in.
5. Click on the blue button and the certificate can be downloaded and/or printed. Access to print certificates expire within 14 days from the date the class was held. 

Tell your class participants to please log into their account on our website at the link we email to them within 14 days of receiving their email. Certificate access expires within 14 days of account activation. Once they log in, go to the Profile page then click on the name of the course they participated in. This will open the course materials page where they can access their eBook and print their certificate
