It is the Registrant’s responsibility to review and understand the terms and conditions set forth herein prior to registration.
Third-Party Registration
When a Registrant conducts a transaction on behalf of another person, entity, or acts as a representative (hereinafter referred to as “Third Party”), the Registrant assumes full responsibility for ensuring that the Third Party complies with all of the Company’s policies. The Registrant agrees to indemnify Pet Emergency Academy LLC against any claims, damages, or other liabilities that arise from the Third Party’s participation in the course.
Sales and Refunds
All transactions are considered final upon completion. The Company does not offer refunds for any courses once a purchase is made. Registrants are encouraged to review course descriptions and requirements thoroughly before making a purchase.
Course Expiration and Access
Each course has a specified validity period, which begins from the date of purchase. The duration of access to the course materials is detailed on the course information page. It is the responsibility of the Registrant to complete the course within this timeframe.
Extension Requests
In cases of extenuating circumstances, Registrants may request an extension of their course access period. Such requests must be submitted via email to support@petemergencyacademy.com no later than seven (7) days prior to the original expiration date of the course. The decision to grant an extension is at the sole discretion of the Company and will be communicated to the Registrant accordingly.
Course Repurchase
Should a course expire before completion, the Registrant must repurchase the course to regain access to the course materials. The Company does not offer extensions or reinstatements of course access for expired courses without repurchase.

Pet Emergency Academy LLC disclaims all liability for any personal injury, property damage, or other harm that may occur during or as a result of participation in any course offered. Registrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Pet Emergency Academy LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with their participation in the course.

Registrants will be notified of significant changes through the email provided at the time of registration or via a notice on the website. Continued participation in the course after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
