Follow these simple steps to register for your course with a gift certificate or voucher:

Click Here to access our course information page. Read through the information about our course and then click on the blue button for the type of course you would like to register for. Next find the course you would like to redeem your gift certificate/voucher for. 

Once you get to the specific course page follow the steps to “purchase” the course. Some courses have the option to choose a registration package which includes pet first aid kits, etc. *Note* Vouchers are for course registrations only. Additional items such as pet first aid kits are an additional fee.

Find the voucher or coupon code located on your gift certificate or voucher. It’s typically a series of letters and/or numbers. Enter this code in the field labeled “Coupon Code” in the shopping cart and then click on “Apply Coupon”. This will update your cart and remove the fee for the course registration. If you purchased items such as pet first aid kits you will see the total for those items plus the cost of shipping reflected. Now click on “Proceed to Checkout”.

Fill in any required fields such as your name, email address, and other contact information. Be sure to enter the name of the person taking the course in the first fields that say “Class Participant First Name and Class Participant Last Name”. This is the name that will be printed on the certificate.

The email address entered in the first section is the email address that all course correspondence will go to. Please be sure that whomever is taking this course has access to this email inbox.

Create a username and password in the designated fields. This is the information that you will use to log in and begin your course once you have placed your order. Your access to your course begins immediately.

Make sure to check off any required fields. If you purchased retail items and/or additional courses you will need to enter your credit/debit card information in order to pay for the additional items.

Course must be completed within 30 days of the date of the redemption of this voucher. After 30 days you will no longer have access to the course and would need to purchase another course to continue.
