Survey for New Updated Equine Emergency First Aid Virtual Certification classes both live and on demand
Pet Emergency Academy is in the process of creating new and improved Equine Emergency First Aid courses that will be offered both live on Zoom and self paced On-Demand. We are looking for horse people to provide their input in the development of these courses and would love it if you took a few minutes to fill out our survey.
Topics covered in this training include: Transporting and restraining sick and/or injured horses, how to prepare an emergency plan and first aid kit for your farm, how to perform triage, physical assessments, obtaining vital signs, managing traumatic injuries such as wounds and fractures, how to apply an emergency splint, how to use emergency first aid equipment, equine first aid supplies, choke, colic, dehydration, severe bleeding, burns, eye injuries, digestive Issues, emergencies that happen on the trail/horse shows.
Anyone who submits content to be used in our courses will be mentioned as a contributor in the course, receive complimentary registrations to take the courses and free business promotion of any equine related business the contributor may own or manage on our social media and in course modules including links to their websites and social media.
