Certificate Program Overview
On the heels of the AzVMA onsite Veterinary Team Member Certificate Program, we are glad you are joining us for the 4-hours of online training. We will begin with designing your personal values and vision statements, guiding principles for your day and career. Determining 5-star experiences for clients and team members is important for all stakeholders so we will dive into tangible strategies in delivery. Accountability can be difficult to navigate when expectations are not clearly defined and looking in the mirror may be avoided, but attendees will receive tools for their toolbox. Course Access and Structure
- Course Duration: The course must be completed within 60 days from the date of purchase.
- Course Navigation: Begin your course by going to the Course Content section at the bottom of this page. The course is sequential; you must complete each section before moving to the next. At the end of each topic, click the button at the bottom right corner of the page to confirm completion of that topic and move to the next.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor your progress using the progress bar at the top of the page and the sidebar. You can log in and out as needed but must finish the course within 60 days. Once the course expires

- Downloadable Materials: Certain modules include worksheets and activities that you need to download to enhance your learning experience. Be sure to download these materials and either print them out or have them accessible for use throughout the module.
