Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of order. Please ensure that all shipping information is correct and up-to-date to avoid any delays or issues with your delivery.

Liability for Shipments

• Pet Emergency Academy LLC assumes no liability for packages that are lost, stolen, or undeliverable due to inaccuracies in the shipping address provided by the customer. In cases where a shipment is rejected, lost, or undeliverable as a result of an incorrect address provided by the customer, the responsibility for additional shipping costs shall rest with the customer. To have the items resent, the customer must bear the cost of additional shipping charges.

Address Corrections and Re-shipment

• Should an error in the shipping address be identified after the order has been placed, it is imperative that the customer contact us immediately to attempt an address correction before the order is dispatched. However, once an order has been shipped, the Company has limited ability to modify the shipping details. In the event that an order requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for all associated costs for re-shipment.

Limitation of Liability

• Pet Emergency Academy LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the shipping of retail items, including but not limited to, lost or stolen packages or delay in delivery times. Our liability is limited solely to the effort to ship items within the aforementioned 2-3 business day window and to provide tracking information for larger items.
