Purpose of Certification

Pet Emergency Academy LLC (“the Company”) offers courses designed to impart knowledge and skills for managing medical emergencies involving animals. Completion of a Company course certifies that individuals have been provided with the information and training necessary to apply these skills in real-life situations.

Scope of Certification

The certification obtained by completing a course from Pet Emergency Academy LLC:

• Does Not Authorize Teaching: It does not qualify an individual to teach any of the Company’s courses, course content or to act as an instructor for Pet Emergency Academy LLC. Certification is for personal and professional development only.
• No Guarantee of Performance: The Company does not guarantee that individuals will perform the skills learned in the course correctly in every situation. Certification signifies that an individual has been exposed to certain knowledge and training but does not ensure mastery or flawless execution of these skills.

Limitation of Liability

• Pet Emergency Academy LLC, including its owners, agents, employees, volunteers, and contractors, disclaims all liability for the actions or inactions of any course participant or class host resulting from the use or misuse of the skills or information provided during the training. This includes, but is not limited to, any harm or damage caused to individuals, animals, or property.
• Participants are encouraged to apply the skills and knowledge gained responsibly and with due consideration for the well-being of all involved. Certification holders bear sole responsibility for their actions when applying the skills learned in our courses.

Acknowledgment of Terms

• By enrolling in and completing a course with Pet Emergency Academy LLC, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Certification Policy. It is the participant’s responsibility to understand the scope of their certification and to act within the bounds of their training and competence.

• Pet Emergency Academy LLC reserves the right to modify this Training and Certification Policy at any time. Participants are advised to review the policy periodically to stay informed of any updates or changes.
